To create an association of existing resources, virtual and actual, that support and care for our aging population and their families. By bringing these resources together and fostering coordination among them, we will be able to identify what services exist, what is still needed and how to create a seamless community of support for the aged, whether in their homes, communal residences or in care facilities.
